"We were first time home buyers and it was great having Omar on our side. He was always quick to respond and on time for the appointments. Made the process very smooth and stressless. We spent 3 or 4 weekends and found the perfect home for us. Omar took us to view this home just as it was coming to market, I think we might have been the first people to view it, and that really gave us the advantage we needed in the competitive Bay Area market. He went out of his way to take us to the 2nd viewing on the same day per our request, and followed up with the seller’s agent to make sure we had a good offer the next morning that the seller would be happy with. Largely because of these quick actions we were able to secure the house and are super happy with the purchase. After the offer was accepted, Omar was always there to help with recommendations, any additional documents required for the loan from the sellers, etc. There was even an issue that came up with one of the disclosures, and Omar scheduled an extra inspection and asked the sellers to cover the costs (we had really nice sellers too :)) He even went to check the house for us after the deal was closed since we were travelling and couldn’t make it. Overall, great experience with a great outcome!"

"When I started with the idea of selling my current townhome and buying a single family home during a pandemic I had estimated at least 6 months and had a lot of inhibitions on my mind. Thankfully I met Omar! He is a gem of a person and an even better real estate agent. He made it work for us in a little over a month. The result: We accepted an offer for selling our current home at a record price in 7 days after listing and our offer for buying a house in the desired location and price range got accepted the same day. It was the first home we toured and offered on. It wouldn’t have been possible without Omar’s tactful planning and calculated inputs to our decision making. He took the anxiety out of the process right from the first meeting to staging, listing, offer review and follow up for closing. He has an amazing crew and they are like clockwork. Without Omar’s guidance I probably wouldn’t have offered on the home I bought in the first place. Well I am glad I did and now I own my dream home. "This is our second time buying with Omar. As my last review for Omar said, he is our lifetime Realtor®! It was quite a journey to find a single-family house in the current pandemic market. But Omar’s network is phenomenal. We were able to view houses off market and get ahead of others. We went back and forth on a few houses and changed our minds, but Omar understood and had our backs! We were in quite a pickle with our appraisal, and he went above and beyond to get this closed for us. I have referred Omar to others, and I am always amazed how he can make time for all his clients. I need to learn his crazy level of organization, attention, and effective multitasking! Even when he was out of town, he had us covered for open houses and was always available for conversations. I am still not an easy client and pretty much more of a pain since the last time, Omar never hesitated to give us his true and unbiased opinion which I have always respected and appreciated! If you talk to him, you will also realize he has a lot of repeat clients and that speaks volumes for his service level! I know IF we were to ever do this again, we would be knocking on his door!
